Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how we collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Watch Face Studio & AI Maker mobile application and its companion Apple Watch experience (the "App"). By using Watch Face Studio & AI Maker, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Information We Collect

Account & personal data. Watch Face Studio & AI Maker does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email, or contact details to browse or use watch faces.

Purchase data. When you subscribe or buy a lifetime unlock, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We receive a signed purchase receipt (no card details) to verify your entitlement against our servers.

Usage & device data. We may collect limited, non-identifying technical data — device model, iOS/watchOS version, app version, and anonymized crash logs — to keep the App stable and to understand which watch face categories are popular.

Content preferences. Categories and watch faces you favorite or download are stored locally on your device and, where applicable, associated with your anonymous purchase token so entitlements sync across your devices.

• We do not collect your precise location.
• We do not access your contacts, photos, or health data.
• We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How We Use Information

We use the data described above to: (a) deliver and unlock the watch faces you're entitled to; (b) verify and restore purchases; (c) diagnose crashes and performance issues; (d) understand aggregate usage trends (for example, which categories to expand next); and (e) comply with legal obligations.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your information. We share data only with:

• Apple Inc. — for payment processing, subscription management, and App Store analytics, governed by Apple's own privacy practices.
• Infrastructure providers (e.g. our hosting provider) who process data strictly on our behalf to operate the App and admin systems, under confidentiality obligations.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Fazeo, our users, or the public.

Data Storage & Security

Purchase entitlement records are stored on servers we operate. We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and receipt validation — to protect this data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Watch Face Studio & AI Maker is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your region (including under GDPR for EU/UK users and similar laws elsewhere), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Because Fazeo collects minimal, largely non-identifying data, most requests can be resolved simply by contacting us at shrutithummer5@gmail.com. You can also manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple ID settings.

Data Retention

We retain purchase and entitlement records for as long as needed to provide the App and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective date" above, and, where required, we will provide additional notice within the App.
