Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Watch Face Studio mobile application and Apple Watch face content (the "App"), provided by us. By downloading, installing, or using Watch Face Studio & AI Maker, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.

License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Watch Face Studio & AI Maker, and to install unlocked watch faces on Apple Watch devices associated with your own Apple ID, for personal, non-commercial use only.

Subscriptions & Purchases

Watch Face Studio & AI Maker offers a free tier and paid options:

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. All payments are processed by Apple; refunds are governed by Apple's Media Services Terms and requested through Apple, not directly from us.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share watch face content outside the App;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or assets from the App;
• Circumvent or tamper with purchase verification, entitlement checks, or content locks;
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content;
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes others' rights.

Intellectual Property

All watch face designs, artwork, graphics, category branding, and the Watch Face Studio & AI Maker name and logo are owned by Us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that content to you — you receive only the limited license described above.

Third-Party Services

Watch Face Studio & AI Maker uses Apple's StoreKit for purchases and App Store distribution. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement and App Store Terms of Service where applicable, and to Apple's own policies governing payments and subscriptions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Apple Watch model or software version.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhruti Thummer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and cancel any subscription at any time. Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective date" above.
